滾輪罐耳沿罐道運行時，因罐道的設計安裝，會產生接點、彎曲高點，輪頭會受到水平推力作用，
由于支臂架、底座和緩沖器之間的鉸接作用，使緩沖器受壓縮產生反彈力。
How to use LS50 roller can ear
根據滾輪磨損情況，應對滾輪進行調整，方法是松開螺桿鎖緊螺母，轉動螺桿使滾輪靠向罐道，
間隙0～2mm，調好后緊固鎖緊螺母。

Precautions for LS50 roller can ear
滾輪罐耳應定期維護，滾輪罐耳的軸承6個月加注一次潤滑脂，滾輪、支架、彈簧緩沖裝置、底座每年檢查一次，對螺紋、彈簧、軸銷等重新加注潤滑脂。
The roller can ear should be maintained regularly. The bearing of the roller can ear should be filled with grease once every 6 months. The roller, bracket, spring buffer device and base should be inspected once a year. The thread, spring and axle pin should be re filled with grease.
滾輪每半年應加注一次防水潤滑脂，加注量為0.2升；新輪出廠前已加注潤滑脂，請不要再加注。

在使用中應每班檢查滾輪工作情況，如發現螺栓松動、滾輪或擺架松曠、復合調整器松曠、滾輪運轉和磨損異常、擺架變形等，應查明原因復原后才能使用。
