滾輪罐耳沿罐道運行時,因罐道的設計安裝,會產生接點、彎曲高點,輪頭會受到水平推力作用,由于支臂架、底座和緩沖器之間的鉸接作用,使緩沖器受壓縮產生反彈力。
中擺動幅度不得太大。所以緩沖器的緩沖性能是嚴格按提升容器的重量、運行速度進行設計的,但其輪頭最大水平推力須要小于或等于行業標準的要求。根據以上理論設計制造出的滾輪罐耳能夠有效滿足用戶要求。

在提升容器上時,應根據罐道安裝精度(豎直度)和本系列產品的緩沖行程合理確定聚氨脂輪與罐道的貼緊程度,貼緊程度的過大與過小會造成提升容器的大幅度擺動,引起提升容器的鐵罐耳與罐道的碰撞。若罐道安裝精度符合我國標準,聚氨脂輪與罐道的最低點貼緊即可。

排除方法:更換新套及鉸鏈軸
